Proccess

Knitting: For knitting socks, we have 50 machines at our disposal, of which they can meet all your desired requirements. We use machines with 132, 148, 156 and 200 needles, which can work from 1 to 6 colors simultaneously for your most demanding designs.

Sewing:
For the best and highest quality sewing of our socks, as well as the demands of increased production, we have two sewing machines, a Rosso and a Complett.

Washing:
Washing with many treatment options such as fragrances, antibacterial, water repellent or anything else needed for the needs of our customers.

Ironing:
2 ironing systems for the best layering of the sock we need. Either with a steam system or with thermal pressure depending on the quality of the threads and your needs.

Quality Control:
Quality control is vital for us to ensure that our products reach you in the best possible form. So we check each sock individually and pass it through automatic mating machines, which do their own dimensional check.

Packaging:
Finally, having gone through all the previous stages, our socks are packed in the way of your choice. Labels, Nylon bags etc.
